These are links to sites with adaptive exercise equipment...unfortunately it is never cheap being disabled. There are door/wall mounted models--just make sure you get advice fro a physical therapist for exercises to do--shoulder damage is a big problem--you need to learn exercises that strengthen the shoulder area. Avoid wheelchair racing (as a sport).

HI there.. Wether is nice here.. -12 C and snowing.. so it is getting warmer.... we have had down to -30 C a couple of weeks ago... You really must visit Sweden some time, I rekomend it ;). right now my favorit timeof year is summer... when the sun never sets... its lovely... but of corse then we have the moskitos hehehe.. reindeers and mooses we have all year around..
and you know... folkmusic rocks *L*
